SEPTEMBER 20, 1999
At 5:30 p.m. in the Police Community Room, 60 Civic Center Plaza, the Clerk of the
Council adjourned the meeting to the 4th Floor Conference Room in the Police
Administration Facility where the Council convened in Closed Session.
