The recommended actions were approved by the Community
Redevelopment and Housing Commission on January 16, 2007, by a vote
of 5:1 (Turner, No).
Agencymember Sarmiento abstained from this item because he
participated in the consideration of the item as a member of the
Community Redevelopment and Housing Commission.
Continued from the February 5, 2007, City Council meeting by a vote of
6:0 (Sarmiento abstained).
