JOINT SESSION CRA/COUNCIL
Motion: 1. Authorize a $1,570,000 loan repayment from the Merged Project
Areas Capital Improvements account to the General Fund.
2. Adopt a resolution.
RESOLUTION CRA NO. 2007-002 - A resolution of the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana approving the sale of
agency owned property located at 612, 614, 622, 714 E. Santa Ana
Boulevard and 217-219 E. Birch Street authorizing the Executive
Director to execute documents as necessary; and making certain
findings with respect thereto, on behalf of the Agency
