OPEN SESSION
Pursuant to Section 54954.2(b) of the Brown Act, the Council may add an item to its
agenda within the 72 hours period when the Council finds that (1) an emergency
condition exists that prevents waiting until the next meeting, and (2) the need to take
action became known to the City after the posting of the agenda.
The City Attorney advised the City Council that Waste Management announced a trash
strike over the weekend. The City Manager recommended the following agenda item
be added to the Closed Session Agenda:
Motion: Find that there is a need to add item that arose subsequent to the
posting of the Agenda.
