SEVENTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on April 30,2007, by and
between System Innovators, Inc. ("Contractor") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and
municipal corporation of the State of California ("City").
RECITALS
A. The parties entered into Purchase and Software License Agreement #A200 1-230, dated
September 4, 200 I, (hereinafter "said Agreement") for the purchase of computer equipment
and supplies, and licensing of computer software.
B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to extend the
term of said Agreement and increase the compensation to provide software and hardware
maintenance for an additional one-year term.
WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all
the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Amendment to
Agreement, the parties agree as follows:
I. The parties agree that the termination date of said Agreement shall be extended to March 31,
2008.
2. The amount of compensation to Contractor is hereby amended to increase compensation to
an amount not to exceed $25,000.00, annually, to pay for software and hardware support
services during the one-year term of said Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Seventh Amendment to
Agreement the date and year first above written.
