FIRST AMENDMENT TO
CONSULTANT AGREEMENT
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT is entered into on
/ rR-Jl ,2006, between Gil Aldaz, an individual (hereinafter
"Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized
and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter "City").
Recitals:
A. The parties entered into a Consultant Agreement N-2006-034 dated February 7, 2006,
hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement" by which Consultant provides gymnastics
instruction.
B. Due to a continued need for Consultant's services, the parties wish to extend the term of
said Agreement.
Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all
the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment
to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows:
I. Paragraph 3, TERM of said Agreement shall be amended to extend the Term to June 30,
2007.
2. Except as hereinabove amended the terms and conditions of the said Agreement shall
remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to
Consultant Agreement on the date and year first written above.
