2007 by and between the Orange County Transportation Authority ("AUTHORI
), the City of Santa
12 Ana ("CITY"), and the Vietnamese Community of Orange County, ("VNCOC").
13 WITNESSETH:
14 WHEREAS, by Agreement No. C-2-0784 dated June 17, 2002, AUTHORITY, CITY, and VNCOC
15 entered into a cooperative agreement to participate in a senior mobility program for senior transportation;
16 and
17 WHEREAS, AUTHORITY, CITY, and VNCOC agree to exercise the option to extend the term of
18 the Agreement and to continue funding as specified in Exhibit S, ent~led "Projected Funding Levels" as
19 set forth in the Agreement;
20 NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually understood and agreed by AUTHORITY, CITY, and VNCOC
21 that Agreement No. C-2-0784 is hereby amended in the following particulars only:

Amend ARTICLE 5. TERM OF AGREEMENT, Page 5 of 8, line 3, to delete "June 30,
23 2007" in its entirety and in lieu thereof insert" June 30, 2011."

Senior Mobility Program is a contract between OCTA, CITY OF SA and
VNCOC. It had been signed by all four members of Santa Ana City. Due to the
unexpected retirement of Ms. Mai Cong our Former President and CEO, This
contract needs to be signed by VNCOC Chairman of the Board Directors;
therefore we need four members of Santa Ana City signatures again. This is a
urgent matter because OCTA needs to submit this contract by June 30, 07 to
guaranty the program's continuity.
