The Brown Act permits the City Council to discuss certain matters without members of the

95.A. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR pursuant to

Property: Approximately 20 acres of parkland in
Centennial Park located near the corner of
Fairview and Edinger
Party with whom negotiating: Santa Ana Unified School District
Terms under negotiations: Lease and/or Sale for development of joint
use recreation facilities in conjunction with
development of a high school.
