RECITALS A. The City and Contractor entered into Agreement, A- 2006 -118, dated May 15's 2006, hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement ", by which Contractor has provided maintenance, service and repair of elevators located within City facilities. B. The parties now desire to extend the term of said Agreement and authorize an additional one year of funding in order to provide continuous service under said Agreement. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises hereinafter contained and made, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties do hereby agree as follows: 1. Section 2, of said Agreement, pertaining to Compensation is hereby amended to provide an additional $30,816.00 to fund services provided during the extended term from June 1, 2007 through May 31, 2008. 2. Section 3, of said Agreement, pertaining to Term is hereby amended to extend the termination date for an additional one -year term, through May 31, 2008. 3. Except as modified by the two amendments, the terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
