Recitals: A. The parties entered into an Agreement dated July l, 2006, ("said Agreement") by which Orangewood Children's Foundation, was to provide education, training and employment programs for economically disadvantaged youths for entry into the labor market ("said program") through June 30, 2007. B. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to extend the term for six months. Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 3, TIME PERIOD OF THE AGREEMENT, shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following language: This Agreement shall commence on July l, 2006 and all duties arising under this Agreement shall have been performed by December 30, 2007. The term ofthis Agreement may be extended by a writing executed by the Executive Director of the Community Development Agency and the City Attorney. 2. Except as hereinabove amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
