THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT is entered into this
291h day of June, 2007, by and between PAUL FETTERS dba THE TRAINING SPOT, a
California corporation ("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal
corporation of the State of California ("City").
RECITALS:
A. The parties entered into Agreement N-2002-150 dated October 4, 2002, (hereinafter "said
Agreement") by which Consultant has provided health and fitness classes to the City's Police
Department.
B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to renew
said Agreement for an additional one-year term.
WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all
the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Fourth Amendment to
Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows:
I . Section 2, COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation by $1,000 to
pay for services during the extended term.
2. Section 3, TERM, shall be extended for an additional one-year term, through June 30,
2008.
3. Except as hereinabove amended the terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain
in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Fourth Amendment to
Consultant Agreement on the date and year first written above.
