On October 1, 2007, the City Council awarded a contract to Villa Ford for the purchase of seven hybrid utility vehicles. The vendor has offered to extend the same terms and conditions for one additional hybrid utility vehicle. Staff recommends the purchase of the Ford Escape Hybrid.
