BEING A QUITCLAIM OF AN EASEMENT FOR STORM DRAIN PURPOSES AS RECORDED IN BOOKS 6106 PAGE 1
AND BOOK 6186 PAGE 641 OF SAID OFFICIAL COUNTY RECORDS. SAID EASEMENT LIES OVER A PORTION OF
LOT 6 AND 7 OF LANDS OF S.H. FINLEY AS SHOWN IN BOOK 2 PAGE 9 OF RECORDS OF SURVEYS MAPS
AND LOT 5 OF TRACT NO. 19 AS RECORDED IN MISCELLANEOUS MAPS BOOK 9 PAGE 23 BOTH OF SAID
OFFICIAL COUNTY RECORDS AND THE CENTERLINE OF SAID EASEMENT BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE CENTERLINE INTERSECTION OF CIVIC CENTER DRIVE AND FAIRVIEW STREET; THENCE
SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF FAIRVIEW STREET SOUTH 28"37'46" WEST 231.62 FEET; THENCE
