WARD 1 CANDIDATE INTERVIEWS AND POTENTIAL APPOINTMENT
The following individuals were interviewed by the City Council for the Ward 1
Councilmember vacancy:
Deborah Vasquez
Vincent Sarmiento
Jim Walker
Timothy Whitacre
Jose Rea
Marcial Fernandez
Following the interviews Councilmember Alvarez moved, seconded by
Councilmember Martinez that the Council proceed to discuss the qualifications
of the candidates and begin the voting process.

Tinajero, that the matter be continued until the regular City Council
meeting of January 2, 2007
