HOUSING AUTHORITY AND CITY COUNCIL AT 7:16 P.M.
4. FUNDING ALLOCATIONS FOR THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING
AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR
PERSONS WITH AIDS PROGRAM FISCAL YEAR 2007-2008.

BUSINESS CALENDAR
Recommended action approved by the Community Redevelopment
and Housing Commission on July 3, 2007 by a vote of 6:0 (Villasenor,
absent).
Motion:
1. Direct the Authority General Counsel to prepare and authorize the
Executive Director of the Housing Authority to execute an agreement
between the City of Santa Ana and the Housing Authority of the City of
Santa Ana in the amount of $530,000 for the implementation of the
Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program.
2. Direct the Authority General Counsel to prepare and authorize the
Executive Director of the Housing Authority to execute an agreement
with AIDS Service Foundation Orange County in an amount not to
exceed $12,000 to administer the wait list for the Tenant-Based
Rental Assistance Program.
