RECITALS: A. The parties entered into Agreement # A2007-038, dated February 5, 2007, (hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Contractor has design and installation services in relation to the retrofit of the elevators in the Santa Ana Depot B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to extend the term of said Agreement to provide additional time for Contractor to complete its invoicing to the City. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the termination date to June 30, 2008. 2. Except as hereinabove amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
