LATINO HEALTH ACCESS TRUST FOR PUBLIC LAND SURVEY The Assistant City Manager provided background information concerning the request for the City of Santa Ana, the Santa Ana Unified School District and Latino Health Access to financially participate in an Open Space Survey preformed by the Trust for Public Land. The Survey is to obtain public comments related to open space issues in the City. The City's cost to participate in the Survey is approximately $5,000. Staff indicated a Public Safety poll was recently done by the Police Officers Association and the concern would be conflicting survey information, along with the current economic climate uncertainty.
