DATE: AGREEMENT
This agreement between the City of Santa Ana, and Data Ticket, Inc.
is for the usage of an Out -of -State parking collections process.,
1. For a period of 3 years or until either party terminate this agreement
with 60 days written notice, Data Ticket is authorized to act as an agent
for the City to collect Out -of -State and rental car parking citations.
2. The City will provide a mutually suitable arrangement for the collection
of funds, and express authorization to do business on the City's behalf
with Department of Motor Vehicles in the United States and Canada.
3. Data Ticket will: provide forms, notices, postage; maintain files on
collected information and provide this information to the City- to update
its files; provide the City with management reports; and use its best efforts
to obtain maximum results.
3. Collections from this process will be split equally between the City and
Data Ticket, except for those citations over 120 days old of which Data
Ticket will receive sixty percent and once per month such funds will be
transferred to each party.
4. Data Ticket shall not be responsible for the City's failure to provide
correct or timely infraction information.
5. The terms of this document shall not be disclosed by the City, except
as required by law, unless written agreement is given by Data Ticket.
