CONSENT CALENDAR
All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be
routine by the Housing Authority and will be enacted by one motion
without discussion unless otherwise directed by the Chairperson.
Persons wishing to speak regarding Consent Calendar matters
should file a "Request to Speak" form with the Recording Secretary.
Recommended Action:

5. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH NATIONAL CREDIT REPORTING.
Recommended Action:
Direct the Authority General Counsel to prepare and authorize the
Executive Director to execute an amendment to the agreement between
the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana and National Credit
Reporting for an additional $15, 000 for a total contract not to exceed
$40, 000.

of the Authority. NO action may be taken on non-agenda items unless
authorized by law.

your remarks to three (3) minutes. The number of speakers and allotted time
may be limited at the discretion of the Authority.
7. HOUSING AUTHORITY MEMBER COMMENTS
AT THIS TIME Housing Authority members may comment on non-agenda
matters and ask questions of or give directions to staff. NO action may be
taken on non-agenda items unless authorized by law.
