CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 17`h day of July, 2007, by and between
Hondo Company, Inc., a California corporation (hereinafter "Contractor"), and the City of Santa
Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and
laws of the State of California (hereinafter "City").
RECITALS
A. The City and Contractor entered into that certain Contractor Agreement ("Agreemenf~
dated Apri115, 2007, for Contractor to perform work for the City in the field of design,
manufacture, fabrication, repair, installation and removal of wrought iron fencing, decorative
pieces, lattices, etc.
B. The parties thereto now desire to extend the term of said Agreement.
WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises
hereinafter contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as
hereby amended, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows:
1. The "Term" section of said Agreement is hereby amended and extended through June 30,
2008.
2. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement, remain
unchanged and in fixil force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment to said Agreement
the date and year fast above written. _
