RE: Extension of Agreement#A-2023-085 with Infor(US)LLC
Pursuant to Section II., Support Services, Optional Year, of the Addendum to the Multiyear Support
Commitment entered into by the City of Santa and Infor (US) LLC, which commenced on June 1, 2023,
the time period of the Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one-year period from July 1, 2025
through June 30,2026. Any insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this
extension. All other terms and conditions of this Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
