The Board of Administration, State ~loyees' Retirement System, hereinafter
referred to as Board, and the City Council of the City of Sante Ana, hereinafter
referred to as Public Agency, having entered into a contract under date of NovllJDber
25, 1946, effective July 1, 1947, and as amended effective October 1, 1951,
February 1, 1954, September 1, 1956, July 1, 1959, November 1, 1960, and SeptllJDber
1, 1963, which provides for participation at Public Agency in said 5ystell, Board
and Public Agency hereby agree as follows:
1. The following paragraph shall be added to said Contract.
7(1) Section 20034.1 (providing for crediting prior service not
otherwise creditable when the member has 10 or more yean
of current service).
