CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2009-06 FOR AN ALCOHOL BEVERAGE
CONTROL LICENSE LOCATED AT 3600 WEST MCFADDEN AVENUE
On April 13, 2009, the Planning Commission confirmed the Zoning Administrator's action
approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2009-06 as conditioned; and confirmed the Zoning
Administrator's authorization to issue a letter of Public Convenience and Necessity for the
approval of a Type 20 Alcohol Beverage Control license in order to sell beer and wine for
off-premise consumption at the Wal-Mart Store at 3600 West McFadden Avenue.
Please note the vote on the motion to approve Conditional Use Permit No. 2009-06 was as
follows:
AYES: Leo, Mill, Turner, Yrarrazaval (4)
OPPOSED: None (0)
ABSENT: Alderete, Betancourt, Gartner (3)
ABSTAII~TED: None (0)
Should the City Council decide to reconsider this action, they may set the item for public
hearing within 21 days of the Planning Commission's decision.
