Motion:
Approve Minutes from the Agency Regular Meeting of February 2,
2009 as amended to reflect that the statement attributed to Vice
Chairperson Alvarez relative to receipt of a recent contribution from
the applicant on Agenda Item 3 was incorrectly recorded by the
secretary of the Agency; there was no recent contribution received
from the applicant.

3. JOINT PUBLIC HEARING - DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH THE CHARLES BOWERS MUSEUM
CORPORATION FOR 1902-1914 NORTH MAIN STREET
Chairperson Pulido abstained from Item 3 due to his position as a
member of the Board of Directors of the Bowers Museum and left the
dais. Vice Chairperson Alvarez assumed the Chair.

Recommended action approved by the Community Redevelopment and
~„ Housing Commission on February 3, 2009, by a vote of 4-0 (Villasenor
absent).
Legal Notice published in the O.C. Reporter on February 2 and February
9, 2009.

RESOLUTION NO. CRA 2009-005 - A resolution approving a
Disposition and Development Agreement between the Community
Redevelopment Agency and The Charles Bowers Museum
Corporation, a California non-profit public benefit corporation
(Museum).
