THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY
AND
THE SANTA ANA WORK CENTER/WORKFORCE INVESTMENT BOARD
Purpose:
CDA has agreed to allow the Santa Ana WORK Center/Workforce Investment Board
(WIB) to occupy space (6634 sq. ft.) within The Santa Ana Regional Transportation
Center, located at 1000 East Santa Ana Boulevard, Suite 200 and Suite 220, Santa Ana,
CA 92701, for the user fee of $12,331.50 per month. This fee includes use of space,
janitorial service and all utilities, except telephones and any security equipment. The
increase in the fee incorporates the 4.1 % CPI increase applied to all of the City's
miscellaneous fees in FY 08/09. The user fee is due the first day of each month, payable
to "The City of Santa Ana".
Both parties are in agreement with the terms of this Memorandum of Understanding
dated as of July 1, 2008, and will implement it as set forth herein.
