$183,700.

This change order is to extend the pavement rehabilitation limits on
Susan Street from MacArthur Boulevard northerly to Alton Avenue. The
construction bid for Susan Street from Sunflower Avenue to MacArthur
Boulevard was $181,132 below the Engineer's estimate. In order to
maximize the use of available State Proposition 1B Funds, it is
recommended to extend the limits of pavement construction. The added
pavement segment of Susan Street from MacArthur Boulevard to Alton
Avenue has been identified as a high priority on the City' s Pavement
Management System. The contractor will be paid according to actual
quantities of work and the agreed unit prices.
ESTIMATED COST = $177,000
FISCAL IMPACT
The cost for the change order is estimated at $177,000. Funds are
available in the State - Proposition 1B Fund (account no. 030-551-
6631) .
