77, 2009 Community Redevelopment meeting.

MASTER DEVELOPER SELECTION FOR STATION DISTRICT AREA
Recommended action approved by the Community Redevelopment and Housing
Commission at its Special Meeting on July 29, 2009, by a vote of 4-1 (Stroud opposed).
Cesar Covarrubias of the Kennedy Commission, and Ezequiel Gutierrez, spoke in
support of mixed use development, and community engagement sought by developer.
Motion: Select Related California/Griffin Realty Corporation as the master
developer for the Station District and authorize the Executive Director to negotiate
and enter into a Predevelopment Agreement for planning and development
purposes.
