~~henG THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT is made and entered

into this 28th day of September, 2009 by and between M. Dolores Ramos, an individual
(hereinafter "Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation
organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter
"City").
RECITALS
A. Due to external forces related to completion dates of the Consultant's work product, the
parties agree to extend the Term of the Agreement.
B. Section 3 of the Agreement permits the Executive Director to approve extensions of the
Term.
Now therefore, the parties agree as follows:
Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the termination date to March 30, 2010.
2. Except as herein amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full
force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Fourth Amendment to
Agreement on the date and year first written above.
