COUNTYWIDE PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY
RESOLUTION NO.96-1
A RESOLUTION ELECTING OFFICERS
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the Countywide Public Financing Authority
that the following persons be elected to the offices set opposite their names below, as officers of
the Authority to serve until the election and qualification of their successors:
Chairman - Member Representative from the City of Fullerton
Vice Chairman - Member Representative from the City of Tustin
Secretary - City Clerk of the City of Santa Ana
Executive Director - City Manager of the City of Santa Ana

I, the undersigned Chairman of the Countywide Public Financing Authority, hereby
certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of a resolution duly adopted by the
Board of Directors of the Authority at a meeting thereof on the 19th day of June, 1996, by the
following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: Member Representatives from the Cities of Brea, Buena Park, Fullerton,
Garden Grove, Orange, Santa Ana and Stanton and Tustin
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Member Representative from the City of Seal Beach
