Loan Underwriting and Appraval process
In this process, staff reviews app~.icant el.igibil.~.t~, ver~.f~.e ~.ncome and
assets, oversees underwriting, conducts an inspection of the unit, and
prepares a work write up to determine rehabilitation work to be

The Logan ~.nf~.ll project cans~.sts of the development of three single
family homes , orange county commun~.ty ~ous~.ng cox~pox~ata~on and its

200. The homes are to be said to first-time homebuyers with incomes at
or below 8~ percent of the area medzan. The three-bedroor~ home w~.~.l sell
for 17 0, 000; and the taro, four-bedroom homes will sell for 17 5, O D O
each. construction of the homes is now complete and the three families
selected through the sales lottery process have been qualifyed to
purchase the homes . Escrow closed on one property ire late December ~ DO
and the others are expected to close shortly thereafter.

on January 5, 2009, the pity Council and Agency approved a DDA with RI
McFadden, ~~c for dee~.opment of two parcels at the cornea of McFadden
and orange, The project consists of two single family res~.dences; one
being a ~.,~~ square feet, 4-bedroom home, and the other a 1,21 square
feet, ybedx~oom home. The homes were constructed in 15 days and will be
sold througk~ a Lottery process to be held t a future date.
