Dear Ms. Attig:
Pursuant to Section 3 of the above referenced Agreement, the City of Santa Ana hereby
exercises its option to extend the term of said Agreement for an additional one-year
period, through January 31, 2011. During this extended term, all terms and conditions of
said Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
