We look forward to representing you. Our fee is $3500 a month, beginning August 1, 1998 and wi11 not exceed ~ 10,000 in billable expenses. Either party may cancel this contact upon 30 days written notice. In reference to our billing practices, we do not bill by the hour or for specific incidentals, I,e., faxing, express mail, copies, etc.; however, we would expect to be reimbursed far any travel or travel related expenses, should that be necessary. Naturally, this would be at your prior request and authori2ation.
