municipal corporation, with the address of City Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana,
California, 92701, is the owner of the property hereinafter described, that said owner has caused
construction of Residential Street Repair Phase XII under contract entered into on 2/1/2010,
with All American Asphalt, on which contract Fidelity and Deposit Company Of Maryland is
z o surety. The property on which such work improvement was placed is in the City of Santa Ana,
