Authority's Annual P~.an is to advise HUD, program participants and
members of the public of its m~.ssion and strategy to serve the needs of
very low-income families.
The Annual Plan {Exhibit 1} provides information about the current
operations of the Housing Authority, including programs, part~.cipants,
erv~.ces for the up~or~ing year, and any operational or tenant concerns.
The Authority is required to review its existing operations and needs on
a year~.y basis with input from a Tenant Advisory committee comprised of

on~missioner ~Tasquez expressed concern that the Spanish-spewing committee
members v~ere nat farniiiar with the Fair Housing council. All tenants receive printed
information in their respective language regarding the cuncil and its services at initial _
voucher issuance and at each change of unit. Additional information. in all three
languages mill be given to farrrilies during annual re-e~an~ination interview, including a
