At the June ~4~ g meeting, the City Council also adapted a resolution approving Genera! Plan Amendment Na. ~g~ 0-g~ ; an ordinance approving amendments to various coning provisions of Santa Ana Municipal Code Chapter 4~ ~ZA No. ~0~ g-D~}; an ordinance approving the creation of Specific Development Na. 8~, the rezoning of properties from various pones to Specific Development No. 84, repealing Specific Development r. This resolution incorporates by reference, as though fully set forth herein, the ordinances and resolution and said Final ~nvironmentai lr~pact Report, Mitigation Monitoring Program, and Statement of Gverriding Considerations, and ail of their respective facts, findings and conclusions in support of this resolution and the findings made herein. Section The City Council hereby, approves the Transit Zoning Code Architectural Style Guidelines located on pages ~4;~ through 4:48 and Transit Zoning Cade Street Net~rork Concepts located an pages ~ through : ~ 8 of the Transit Zoning Cade Specific Development ~nrhih came before the City Council on June ~0~ g and is on file pith the Clerk of the Council and incorporated herein by this reference as though fully set forth. Section 3. The City Council intends the Transit Zoning CodeArchitecturai Style Guidelines and the Transit Zoning Cade Street Netuvork Concepts to b v~rorking documents. Accordingly, the City Council hereby delegates to the executive Director of Planning and Building Agency and the Executive Director of Public vllork Agency, respectively, the autharityta make changes to the Transit Zoning Code Architectural Style Guidelines ar the Transit Zoning Code Street Net~vork Concepts that are in the spirit and intent of the current guidelines, Any such changes shall be lodged v~rith the City Council for revie and comment priorto becaring effective Re~lutia~ Na, ~D~ Page ~ of 3 section 4.
