In consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein,both Library and Springshare mutually agree as follows: - The new Expiration Date will be March 31,2026,and all subsequent renewal terms will begin on April 15t of each renewal term year. This Amendment Letter binds and benefits both Parties and any successors or assigns. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
