Re: Extension of Legal Services Agreement -2023-265
On August 15,2023,the City and O'Hagan Meyer LLP("Attorneys'),entered into an assignment and
assumption of legal services agreement ("Agreement"). The Agreement assumed the obligations of
agreement#N-2021-254. Pursuant to Section 6 ("Term') of the assumed Agreement, the time period
of the Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one (1) year period until June 30, 2026. Any
insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.All other terms
and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
