RELEASE OF LIEN FOR PAYMENT OF DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES
The City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California P,
does hereby release that leasehold interest in certain real property, as further described in Exhibit �I
1% attached to this Release, from the lien for payment of certain development impact fees as created
by the Development Impact Fee Deferral Agreement entered into on December 7, 2021, by and
between the City of Santa Ana and Shelter Providers of Orange County, Inc., a California nonprofit
corporation doing business as HomeAid of Orange County, which was recorded on January 14,
2022, as Document Serial No. 2022000020120, Official Records of the County of Orange,
California ("Agreement").
This release pertains only to the property described above and does not extend to any other
property(ies). This release of lien is executed and recorded pursuant to the provisions of California
Government Code section 66007.
