Re: Extension of MOU (N-2024-297)to Provide Coordination of Services for Victim
Intervention Program
Pursuant to Section 4("Duration")of the above-referenced MOU,and as amended,entered into by Lutheran
Social Services of Southern California,("Subrecipient"), and the City of Santa Ana, beginning September
1, 2024, the time period of the Agreement is hereby extended for a first 1-year renewal period through
December 31, 2026. Any insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this
extension. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
