RECITALS A. The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2025-248 ("Agreement") dated September 3, 2025, to provide event management, production, and consultation services. B. The term of the Agreement runs through March 31, 2026, and is current and in-effect. C. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to increase the total compensation due to Consultant under the Agreement. D. No other changes are contemplated by this Amendment. The Parties therefore agree: 1. Section 2, Compensation, is hereby amended to increase the total not-to-exceed amount due under the Agreement by an additional $5,000.00. The total amount to be expended during the term of this Agreement shall not exceed $20,000.00. 2. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement 13 shall remain in full force and effect.
