31 ends. The culvert is to be located in the center of the street right
32 way under ttee plans and specifications of District's construction
1 contract.
2 City desires that the location of ssid culvert be changed aa
3 that the downstream end of said culvert will coincide with the
4 southerly right of way line of Sagerstrom Avenue and that the up-
5 stream reinforced concrete transition be deleted and the savings
6 realised be used to construct additioaal length to said culvert. City
7 intends to increase the length of said culvert and construct an upetiL
8 transition structure to protect the entire culvert at Name later dat, ,
9 It has been determined and agreed that the swifts realised
10 by the deletion of said upstream transition would be equal or neerF:
