INSURANCE ON FILE <br /> N-2026-021-01 <br /> CITY CLARK <br /> DAI VAR 0 5 2026 <br /> v:cmv (o) FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH G2 ADVISORY GROUP,LLC FOR <br /> M fnh Thai In) INDEPENDENT REVIEW OF CITY'S INTERNAL ANALYSIS <br /> THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above-referenced agreement is entered into on March <br /> 2, 2026, by and between G2 Advisory Group, LLC a California Limited Liability Company <br /> ("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and <br /> existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2026-021, dated January 28, 2026, by which <br /> Consultant agreed to provide consulting services for analysis of City's in-house operations, <br /> including all supporting documentation, financial models, staffing plans, operational <br /> assumptions, and transition strategies. ("Agreement"). <br /> B. The Agreement is current and in-effect, and expires on August 1, 2026. <br /> C. The parties now wish to amend Section 1, Scope of Services, to include additional <br /> consulting services as forth in the added Exhibit A-1. No other changes are contemplated <br /> by this First Amendment.. <br /> The Parties therefore agree: <br /> 1. Section 1, Scope of Services, is amended to add the following sentence: Consultant shall also <br /> perform during the term of this agreement the services describe in Exhibit A-1, attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> 2.
