I don’t have any access to Supervisor’s Villas conversation with CO Valenzuela, you will need to obtain it from
Commander Viramontes.

Can you please provide me with Supervisor Andrade-Villa’s report of this incident
and memo of possible conversation she had with CO Valenzuela. Also, can you
provide me with the names of every jail staff member seen on the jail surveillance
camera responding to this incident (medical staff and COs) and briefly explain their
involvement at the scene (CPR, etc.). Perhaps each member documented their

actions in an incident report. If that is the case please provide me with all incident
reports.
