On Friday, November 6, 2020, at approximately 0915 hours:
On the above date and time, I attended the post mortem examination of forty-seven-year-old

During the examination, Forensic Assistant D. Blumenfeld, Forensic Scientists V. Horton and J. Jarrett, and
Forensic Specialist K. Leon were present. Additionally Inv. T. Toth, from the Orange County District
Attorney¶s Office, was also with me. For further information regarding the examination performed, refer to
the Orange County Sheriff-Coroner¶VUHSRUWXQGHUFDVHQXPEHU%.DQG)5
body was removed from a white body bag and placed on the examination table in a supine position. I
observed body to be nude with a toe tag on his right foot.
Additionally, had several tattoos on his head, throat, chest, arms, and legs; to include Barbie on his
throat, a swastika, and barbwire on his chest.
