COMMISSIONERS ABSENT:

STAFF PRESENT:
Jay Trevino, Ex. Dir. Planning & Bldg. Agency
Joseph Fletcher, City Attorney
Karen Haluza, Planning Manager
Sergio Klotz, Principal Planner
Martha Ramirez, Recording Secretary
Meeting adjourned due to lack of quorum. City Attorney Fletcher confirmed that,
due to the fact that the Historic Resources Commission is a nine-member
• commission, five members must be present to constitute a quorum.
Planning Manager Haluza stated that the next regularly scheduled Historic
Resources Commission meeting is set for October 7, 2010, but that a special
meeting would be scheduled prior to that time in order to assist those applicants
who were not able to have their items considered at this meeting. She further
stated that each of the Commissioners would be polled to ensure that a quorum
would be present at the special meeting and that each Public Hearing item would
be re-noticed.
