Narrative: Narrative
On 11-04-2020, at approximately 0428 hours, Officer Castellanos #3080 and I were dispatched to 1001 North Tustin
Avenue (Orange County Global Medical Center) in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange to relieve Officers Phan
#3414 and Booth #3707. We arrived on scene at approximately 0446 hours and relieved both Officers. At this time I
started a Personnel Entry Log and monitored the time in and time out of all personnel. The subject remained at bed

At 0637 hours, District Attorney B. Sheldon, Santa Ana Police Department (SAPD) Sergeant M. Macchiaroli #2704,
