(Requires five affirmative votes.) 2. Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing $788,948 in prior -year fund balance in the Local Drainage Area VI, Prior Year Carry Forward revenue account and appropriate the same amount into the Local Drainage Area VI, Improvements Other Than Buildings expenditure account. (Requires five affirmative votes.) 3. Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing $45,634 in prior -year fund balance in the Transportation Systems Improvement Area E, Prior Year Carry Forward revenue account and appropriate the same amount into the Transportation Systems Improvement Area E, Improvements Other Than Buildings expenditure account.
