TOTH #366 Approved By: <br />Date of Report: 11-06-2020 Date: November 6, 2020 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CASE NAME: <br />CLASSIFICATION: CUSTODIAL RELATED DEATH <br />TYPE: AUTOPSY <br />AGENCY: SANTA ANA POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />On Friday, November 6, 2020, at approximately 0915 hours, I attended the post-mortem <br />examination of at the Orange County Sheriff – Coroner Forensic Science <br />Center, 1071 West Santa Ana Boulevard, Santa Ana. The autopsy was documented under Orange <br />County Coroner Officer (OCCO) case number #20-05756-BK. Prior to the autopsy, I met with all <br />of the involved personnel to discuss the known circumstances related to death. The <br />following personnel attended the meeting and autopsy: <br />• Forensic Pathologist <br />• Forensic Assistant <br />• JEN JARRETT Orange County Crime Lab Forensic Scientist <br />• VALERA HORTON Orange County Crime Lab Forensic Specialist <br />• KEVIN LEON Orange County Crime Lab Forensic Specialist <br />• DANIEL PADRON Detective, Santa Ana Police Department <br />At approximately 0915 hours, I observed a white body bag, sealed with a Coroner’s body <br />tag. ’ body was removed from that body bag. Upon removal of the body, I made the <br />following observations: <br />• Two (2) Orange County Sheriff-Coroner identification tags, right big toe <br />• Brown paper bag, wrapped around right hand <br />ORANGE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE <br />BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION <br />SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT
