On Friday, November 6, 2020, at approximately 0915 hours, I attended the post-mortem
examination of at the Orange County Sheriff – Coroner Forensic Science
Center, 1071 West Santa Ana Boulevard, Santa Ana. The autopsy was documented under Orange
County Coroner Officer (OCCO) case number #20-05756-BK. Prior to the autopsy, I met with all
of the involved personnel to discuss the known circumstances related to death. The
following personnel attended the meeting and autopsy:
• Forensic Pathologist
• Forensic Assistant
• JEN JARRETT Orange County Crime Lab Forensic Scientist
• VALERA HORTON Orange County Crime Lab Forensic Specialist
• KEVIN LEON Orange County Crime Lab Forensic Specialist
• DANIEL PADRON Detective, Santa Ana Police Department
At approximately 0915 hours, I observed a white body bag, sealed with a Coroner’s body
tag. ’ body was removed from that body bag. Upon removal of the body, I made the
following observations:
• Two (2) Orange County Sheriff-Coroner identification tags, right big toe
• Brown paper bag, wrapped around right hand

evidence under FR# 20-53528:

• Deep tissue standard
• Heart blood standard

OCCL Forensic Specialist KEVIN LEON took sixty-eight (68) color digital photographs during
the autopsy.
At the conclusion of the autopsy, stated there were no significant
signs of trauma to the body. heart was enlarged, but no coronary heart disease was
noted. Doctor found no ligature marks and determined had no neck
fractures. The cause of death was pending review of medical records, toxicology,
and examination of the microbiological slides.
