The following is a summary of the <br />interview that is not verbatim or necessarily in order of the conversation, but organized for the <br />purpose of clarity. Refer to the audio recording for exact quotes, comments and statements. <br /> On July 1, 2018, at 2353 hours, RN was on duty as a Trauma Clinician at <br />OCGMC. The Critical Trauma Team consisting of a trauma doctor, an anesthesiologist, a <br />respiratory therapist, a trauma clinician, an emergency room RN, an Emergency Medical <br />Technician, a radiology technician and laboratory technician was activated.
